ZW, ZX, WFB, CYZ, BZ Series Self-Priming Pumps, Diesel Engine Pump Sets

The entire series does not require the installation of a bottom valve, and continuous self-priming can be achieved with only an initial water fill, simplifying pipeline layout. The overall structure is compact, operates smoothly, is easy to maintain, and has a long service life. It can convey media containing solids, fibers, and mild acid-base chemical media, and is suitable for various fluids such as clean water, sewage, oil, and slurry.

Product Features:

Can be used for self-priming water supply, medium delivery, sludge and solid-liquid transport, and outdoor mobile operations (diesel engine pump trucks). It can be used for building water supply and drainage, fire fighting water supply, agricultural irrigation, emergency sewage discharge, and flood control and drainage (diesel engine mobile pump trucks).

Design and Technology

Axial backflow external mixing gas-liquid separation technology (general for ZW/ZX), non-sealed interconnected multi-face centrifugal seal (exclusive to WFB), etc., wide channel non-clogging flow path design; impeller and pump body large channel structure, non-entangling fibers, non-jamming solid particles, suitable for sewage and slurry.

Key Specifications:

Nominal diameters range from 25 mm to 350 mm; mobile pump trucks are available in 3-inch, 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sizes.Flow rates range from a minimum of 3 m³/h (25ZX) to a maximum of 1,500 m³/h (350ZW/350CYZ); diesel-powered concrete pump trucks range from 50 to 1,000 m³/h.Head ranges from a minimum of 14 m to a maximum of 150 m; the WFB model has a maximum head of 80 m, and mobile pump trucks have a maximum head of 80 m. Medium restrictions: viscosity ≤ 100 cP, solids content ≤ 30–1 TP3T; the WFB model supports high-temperature and highly corrosive media.
