AH/M/HH Horizontal Centrifugal Slurry Pump

AH/M/HH series horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps, manufactured using licensed technology, have reached an advanced international level and are suitable for conveying high-concentration, highly abrasive slurries. The pump body is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant liners, and the impeller is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring stable operation and a long service life.

Used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, and building materials, it conveys highly abrasive, high-concentration slurries and can be used for long-distance transportation in series.

 

Design and Technology

Cantilever horizontal centrifugal structure, pump casing with replaceable wear-resistant metal/rubber lining, high universality, reliable operation, long service life, convenient disassembly and maintenance.

 

Key Specifications:

M and AH Pumps:For high-concentration, highly abrasive slurries, the flow rate range is 40–801 TP3T; for medium-concentration, moderately abrasive slurries, the flow rate range is 40–1001 TP3T; and for low-concentration, low-abrasive slurries, the flow rate range is 40–1201 TP3T;HH-Type Pumps: For medium-concentration, moderately abrasive slurries, the flow rate range is 40–801 TP3T; for low-concentration, low-abrasive slurries, the flow rate range is 40–1001 TP3T (the flow rate corresponding to the point of maximum efficiency at a given rotational speed is 1001 TP3T).

Performance Overview

Materials: M and AH type pump body: wear-resistant metal lining or rubber lining, impeller: wear-resistant metal or rubber material; HH type lining and impeller: wear-resistant metal; M, AH, and HH type shaft seal: packing seal or mechanical seal.

Style: The pump's discharge port can be installed and used at eight different angles, in 45° increments, as needed.
